Hello all I even don’t know what to start with. Maybe I’ll try do my best but frankly I’m speechless in positive way . I’m abroad patient so from the scratch. Before surgery contact was excellent, informative, fast and very kind. Everything after I came to Istanbul was perfectly organized. Airport transfer, hotel etc. Now the most important thing is- surgery and post operation care. Dr Ayberk AKÇAY is very skilled plastic surgeon, I have very specific experience about my deep plane facelift and the results fulfilled and even exceeded my expectations. My case was specific so the operation lasted about 6 hrs and everything gone perfectly fine. Additionally doctor Ayberk AKÇAY is super nice and kind man, he visited me late night after surgery to check out if everything fine. Also very patient and explained all my doubts and answered all the questions. Post operative care is also amazing. First this is not clinic but the hospital so it’s proffered care to post op after general anesthesia. I spent there over 3 days not one as most do. Everybody was interested in making me feel good and comfortable. Nurses are angels walking among us - weak humans. Level of their care seceded my imagination. When I was dealing issue with sleeping well (normal after surgery), beside having all medical help and treatment they just sitting in front of me holding my hand I never ever in my life dealed with so perfect experience- professional but also human kindness. Thank you dr Ayberk AKÇAY and all your team. You’re awesome and keep doing your excellent job. Oggi voglio dire che ho fatto bene a fidarmi la clinica dove è avvenuta l'operazione è eccezionale pulita e con personale preparato e cordiale il dottore è bravissimo e fa ciò che dice senza che ti ritrovi con sorprese è un dottore giovane ma veramente eccezionale nel suo lavoro. Durante la degenza in clinica non ho avuto un minimo di difficoltà in nulla l'intervento è andato benissimo e sono felicissima . L'organizzazione dal primo momento è eccezionale per tutto. Consiglio al 100 per 100 il dottore Ayberk a tutti voi che volete fare un intervento chirurgico ad Istanbul .
