Plan for 6–7 nights. Surgery is usually on day two; the cast and sutures come off around day seven, and you fly home only after Dr. Akçay has examined the result and cleared you.

Surgery takes place in a full private surgical hospital, not an office or “clinic”, with pre-operative blood tests and ECG, a dedicated anaesthesiology team and on-site intensive care. This is non-negotiable, for every patient.
The aim is better: if your septum needs correction, it is straightened in the same operation. The airway is assessed in every rhinoplasty; a beautiful nose that can’t breathe is a failed surgery by our standard.
